restore osnaps

I need to know how to set my f1 key to restore my osnaps in autocad 08'. certain commands turn my osnaps off and i'd like to set a key i can punch so it goes back to the osnaps i want instead of going in to the osnaps menu and doing it. Any help on this matter is much appreciated. thanx!

why the F1 key? You can type "_osmode" -> yourvalue, or create a buttonmacro.

Doesn't F3 toggle Osnap?

It does but certain commands in hydracad (a sister program) change the osnaps you had selected
