restart analysis in Ansys workbench 14.0

Hi,
I have a query in Ansys workbench 14.0(restart analysis).
It is running fine, when I use mechanical license for restart analysis.
But if I use structural solver license (batch mode), it is giving an error regarding license.
Is it not possible to use structural solver license for restart analysis in Ansys workbench 14.0 ?
Kindly let me know ASAP.
