Response Spectrum Analysis

I am looking to perform a response spectrum analysis with a given input PSD. However, while I see the option to add a response spectrum in the step menu I have no been able to figure out how to define the input PSD values. Can anyone help me out; I have scoured the help and not been able to figure it out.
