Hi~

Once I found that resistivity of p-type Si is 7.8e-8 T??m, is it equal to 7.8?cm?

7.8e-8 T(Ohm)(um)= 7.8 ohm-cm?

T=Terra=10e12 then you're right...but not every p-doped Si has this specific resistivity...it depends on the implanmtation treatment
