Reset Section increments !

Hi,
How do I reset the default section increments in SW06? I could not find it in options....

In SW2007 it's located in:

'Tools' -> 'Options' -> (System Options Tab) -> 'Spin Box Increments' -> 'Length Increments'

I assume its in a similar location in 2006.
