I hate to sound like a jerk, but if you're not sure which values are required, on what basis of knowledge will you know if your results are correct? Mechanica is generally speaking, a true engineering tool. As much as FEA packages are sold nowadays with the appearance of being 'push-button', it's absolutely untrue.
Now to address the question:For a structural (stress, deflection) calculation, I only pay attention to density, poisson's ratio, and modulus, and of course my working stress limit that is used to interpret any stress results.
For thermal you'll need other properties: CTE, conductivity, etc depending on the nature of the problem.
For mechanism simulations I would think only material density is required.
