required design for sand classification plant 2

i like to desin a plant for sand classification.the design must have a single input point for raw sand and the
segricated sand must be of 3 types - smooth,medium,rough

Looks like a double deck screen. Top screen oversize, bottom deck middle size, underflow becomes fines. You will also need to wash the clay out of the sand.
