How to estimate the fatigue life of cut-off shear blades in Ansys?
I am not a specialist,I have some experience with FEA and Ansys neverthless I'd like for any help or suggestions.I have all input data, BCs.
Please find in attached picture 1MB of 6 blades at operating conditions. (two central ones are shearing of copper wire)
The aim of simulation is try to improve of blades design or manufacturing because of extended unacceptable plastic fatigue. After 8k cuts edge of central blades are blunted, product scrap.
