Without going into detail with the PWM signals/actual servo mechanics, how can I command a body to rotate to some angle with some constant angular velocity? My control system's actuator is a small, constant-force rocket thruster attached to a servo, so the servo needs to move to certain angles to produce the desired moment on the system.
I am using SimMechanics, and if I use the joint actuator (motion) to command a desired angle and specify any angular velocity, the servo still moves instantaneously. I need to be able to account for the torque produced from the time it takes to move to the actual angle.
Thanks.
