represent and mesh a lamina composite

Dear all
I want to ask, if any one knw how I can represent and associat the ideal mesh for a composite with several layers (type of matriel is : lamina) on ABAQUS (ie : creat section shell composite or creat a solid layup composite and associat it a 3D stress or continuum shell mesh.
Any idea? thanks in advance...
