We want to replace rubber lining of acid tank in our phosphoric acid plant and useing polyuritan coating .

which group of polyuritan can we use ?

The analysis of acid is :
Cl = 4500 ppm
F = 3500 ~ 4500
P2O5 = 30 ~54 %

Thank you for your advice

Since there chlorine presence Im not very sure if a polyurethane coating is the best solution. If you do not other choices try using a ether type PU minimize hidrolysis
