Replace START PART: Urgent requirement

I have created several modelsand drawingsusing old start part. In these models we have to replace with new start part.


New start part has several parameters which aredriven by Intralink, and also we cannot add these parameters manually.


Please let me know any method to replace start part?

For part or assembly or drawing file, you can create a mapkey, where you must do the initial adding of parameters or views. Then save the mapkey to the config.pro file. Then open each file after and run the map key.

You don't want to replace your start part, you want to add parameters to existing models.


A start part is the beginning of a model, not something that is added after the model has been created.
