Using Nitronic 60 instead of CopperBeryllium for aircraft bushings has been suggested. Does anyone have opinions or experience with using Nitronic 60 (or any of the other Nitronic alloys) for aircraft bushings used with actuators, landing gear, etc?

You've only stated half of the problem. What material is sliding against the bushings?

Most pins are 13-8 CRES.
