We have a FARRIS relief valve which needs repair to the body and bonnet weldments. These are the parts that are socket welded to the valve body.
How do you then hydrotest these socket welds? The inlet of the valve is CL600, the outlet is CL150. So I don't think we could test both at the same time, or test to a high enough pressure to without causing damage to the outlet end.
Any ideas?

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand

May need a certified technician to repair and test the PSV valve.
