I can not remove redundant entities(edges) on a surface after partitioning and I got crazy:(
Can anyone help me?

You can use Virtual Topology tools available in the Mesh module to merge the two surfaces and thus remove redundant edges.

Neither "Virtual topology" nor "Remove wire edges" are working:(

Why do you want to remove these edges ? Only for visualization purposes or for meshing ? Because in the latter case it should be possible to use Virtual Topology but you need to select the proper tool. If it's only for visualization purposes then postprocessing should work (hiding edges is possible).

I need to continue partitioning and it retrains. so I just can use free mesh attribute.

How about cut extrude some material away and then extrude it back up?

Ja I think it is the only available solution
