Remote mass & frequency

While doing a frequency analysis in Cosmos, I tried to put a remote mass but I have no preview display. When I tried to run the analysis I got a message saying that my matrix is having a problem becuase orf remote mass #2 and I just have one remote mass.

Should I be able to do vibration analysis with remote mass? I have to find natural frequencies.
