Hello again,
The common term used be engineers is R-20, or T-20 or Y20 to specify reinforcements. One designer used M-15 and M-20. What is the metric conversion and where can I obtain the conversion tables for this imperial terminology?

The best I have seen is CRSI (concrete reinforcing steel institute)

Are you sure he was referring to reinforcement and not the concrete strength??? In India and probably in other countries (UK???), they use M20 to mean Grade 20MPa concrete. Just a thought - get the terms clarified.
