Regarding PMI

Hi,
I have following doubts regarding PMI:
1. If I increase the scale of body, PMI dimensions showing increased dimensions. I need the 1:1 dimension after scaling also like in drafting. How can it be done?
2. need part list in PMI which can be linked to excel.How to do it?
3. How to give fake dimensions in PMI like edit text in drafting?

If anyone knows please clarify.
