What do you mean by "higher"???
If you mean "Structural", then it's about 25000 Euros (yearly TECS fee I don't know, but I'm sure it's not very expensive).
If you mean "Multiphysics", then I've been told it's about 95000 Euros. If, in addition, you need ICEM, or Fluent, of CFX, or... then it's more, and more, and more...
Why don't you contact an ANSYS reseller?
