I will like a clarification on the issue below.

how do hydro static pressure test methods of 490KL(7X70KL) storage diesel tank?

Dia - 3 m /length-10.5 m

Fill 85-90% full of water. Add compressed air or nitrogen to bring the pressure to about 0.8 kPa VERY CAREFULLY, preferably using a water manometer for a pressure gauge. Visually inspect 'wet' portions for leaks; apply water & soap solution to test for leaks in the 'dry' portion. Simple.
