Assume a machinery engineer is assigned to handle a refrigeration package/unit as part of a project. I am outlining some statements, please either say yes, or comment to correct it

1. The initial data is generated by Process as a data sheet. Assume that we are in a refinery
2. Machinery reviews it
3. Is this data sheet a standard one, like API 610 for centrifugal pumps. If yes, is it an
ASHRAE datasheet?
4. Machinery fills this out after which it is sent to vendors for proposals
5. Then receipt, bid tabulation, review, clarification meetings, and eventually purchase order
6. Is there something typical of the paperwork in a refrigerant package which may not be needed say in API 612 special purpose steam turbine?
7. Could you name a couple of refrigeration unit suppliers that you have had good experience with in a refinery or petrochemical plant?

Thank you very much.
