Dear Sirs,

I am looking for some quality reading so i better understand the likely consequences of a flammable liquid leak. (Its for project hazard assessment..).

Specifically, i want to understand the basis of how you determine if a chemical is likely to be a un confinded vapour cloud explision hazard..
