Reference sets in asm 1

Hello,

In an asm. whenever I double click on a component to change the work part, the reference set keeps changing to the model.
Is there a setting I can change so that when I double click on a component to make it the work part, the reference set would stay.

There is an option that will change the reference set to 'entire part', but I don't know of one that will change it to the 'model' ref set. The 'entire part' option can be found in Preferences -> Assemblies or Customer Defaults -> Assemblies -> general -> work part.

I really don't think you want only the model reference set to show when making a part the work part in the assembly.
When you make a certain part the work part in the assembly you are able to make changes to it as if you were in the part itself, including adding datum planes and features that include sketches that won't show up in the model reference set.
