Could anyone provide some direction to obtaining decent reference material in regards to vibration testing and fixture design. I realize that much of this type of knowledge is somewhat &quot;tribal&quot; or specific to the particular type of testing being done, but any info would be appreciated!<br>

The Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST) is a great source of vibration info. Their annual Technical meeting is in Providence RI, 4/30 - 5/4 2000. They are having tutorials that cover exactly what you are interested in.<br>
