Reduced stiffness

Dear Everyone,
all the ACI-02 code is full of recommendations regarding the “reduced stiffness” who should be considered for columns, especially for the 2nd order analysis… While for the MM method some allowable values are presented at 10.11.1, it is nothing regarding the analytic (FEA) 2nd order P-D analysis; would be acceptable the use of Eq. (9-8)…(9-10)?
