What's the best technology to reduce H2S in gas processing plant, Redox or Sufatreat? We assume gas is 5 ppm h2s contents and processing about 2 millions m³/day.

HI Luiz,
In terms of better, it's hard to say, as both techniques can treat your 2M m3/day gas (~ 177 mmscf/day).
The question is sometimes what type of treatment you are looking for, or how much would you spent per m3.
If SulfaTreat is used it'll cost you $0.0015 /Mcf (~ 29 Nm3), & ST material lasting for 1,845 days.
Note: The calculations were assumed to be at 150 psi (~ 10 Bar), 60 F (~ 15 C) & using 12 vessels each of 144 inch diameter & 30 ft height.
The best thing about SulfaTreat is a NON ATTENDABLE, NON MAINTAINED TREATMENT APPLICAYTION.
Please feel free to contact me for any further clarifications if needed.
Best regards
