I'd like to be able to see what they contain but my Excel 2007 doesn't read them. Do I need to find an old copy of Lotus or what other option do I have? Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, Gnumeric has the best support for 123 files, and is the same price as Open Office. Or install 123 and get macro support as well.
