I have pressurized (~360 psig) hot (~280C) water which I have captured in my process. I am looking to generate steam with it (~290 psig). Can someone recommend me a company that deals with this kind one off systems.

I am apologies if this is repeating thread. Something seems didn't worked out when I posted a first time.

Thank you.

Try Spirax Sarco, and bell&gossett may have a hot water to steam generator.

Thanks. I am not sure if these companies actually make flash tanks etc. aux steam vessels or/and tanks Do you know if they do -?

Are you hoping to generate flash steam from the process water, in which case this is viable, but you won't get loads of flash as you are only flashing down by 5 bar - but you will get something. You will also have water still at 20 bar and saturation temperature that you could get energy out of somehow.

Or do you want to use a heat exchanger to generate steam. I know of one application where steam has been generated by using hot water, so it is a possibility, but again, as you want to generate steam at relatively high pressure you will be limited how much you will get.

Are there any other ways in which you could use the energy? What sort of industry are you in?
