Dear sirs,
We'd like to perform an anaylsis on some of our spirals to determine if we could use them for other duties. We have contacted our supplier of the exchangers - even though our units are only 4 years old units the supplier is less than helpfull !. So much for after sales service !!!
Normally i've found manufacturers of exchangers like carbon blocks very helpfull but this one manufacturer is not !.
So,does anyone know of programs we could use or input data. We would consider application purchase.
How good are these programs ..
Usefrendly ness ?
costs ?
easy of use ?
etc etc
Or some simple forumlas would be a start.
