Jan 4, 2012 #2 ajack1 Automotive Joined Nov 24, 2003 Messages 1,148 Location GB The reamer cutting oversize could be any number of things, too much material left for reaming, cutting speed, type of lubrication used, etc. Bell mouthed usually means poor alignment or reamer not running true.
