Hello All

Let's suppose I've got in hands the pump theoretical curve (given by the Euler equation) and the efficiency pump curve. Can I estimate the real pump curve simply by multiplying the theoretical curve by the efficiency at any flow point?

Thank you in advance

Sure, and it will have an uncertainty of the two sources combined.
It is fine if you considering a design for a pump, but not for application.

The only way to establish a known performance is a full hydraulic performance test, the reason major pump manufacturers have expensive and elaborate test facilities.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

I am amazed that you can not get the pump curve from the manufacturer.
