Reactor Mixing Study: Color Tracers Needed 1

I would like to visually examine the mixing in a 70L glass reactor to determine overall blend time and identify high/low mixing zones. I would like to purchase some color tracers, probably something that is water (or methanol) soluble, viscous, and highly visible. I don't yet have a procedure to run the experiment. I am searching the web for previous work but have found very little. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who's run a similar exp or knows of a dye manufacture that supplies what I need. Thank you. You might be better off to use small plastic chips. Then the mixing is not time dependant. There are simulations of the mixing in glass reactors from Pfaudler or DeDietrich you can contact them for there data.

first determine we would have suspension,1 phase or 2 phase system,
in suspension case
you may know your particle size distribution of
main system,then you can simulate it,with mean particle
size of knnown powder,see at what speed the suspension
suspension made well mixed.
if we would have 1 phase , then we may use of colored material with physical property such as density and viscosity similar to main blended system.
