REACTION FORCE DOES NOT EQUAL TO THE LOAD

Hello, I am doing abaqus pushover analysis. The lateral load I apply is in the x direction. When I print out the X direction in the reaction force, it does not equal the load. How can I solve my problem?

How do you read the reaction force ? A file (inp or cae) would be useful.
