Re-measurable contract- Method of measuring Revetment Armour, bedding layers Clarifications

Hi

Can anybody please advise the method of measurement for the final account on a re-measurable marine contract. We constructed the works within tolerance but now the Clients representative do not agree with our measurement (revetment layer thickness).

at this point it may be difficult to come to agreement, but the pre and post hydrographic survey standards and accuracy as well as the construction tolerances for the riprap should have all been agreed to before starting.
