re-folding problem

Hi,

I am having problems re-folding a part.

SolidWorks allows me to refold after the first cut-extrusion but no longer after the second.

Also, after putting a fillet at the ends I no longer have a straight edge to refold.

Any ideas about what I am doing wrong or if there are workarounds are appreciated.
