re-assign F1 help key

i've searched and found no answer....is it possible to re-assign the F1 shortcut key?

now it is set for help, it is not listed in the keyboard shortcut list.

I believe it's hardcoded. With all the other keys available, why F1?

Probably because it's the least used key.

across my 3 cad apps......i try to mirror as many shortcuts keys as possible.
