RC/PSC tank definition

Investigating tank sloshing requirements for HDPE tanks anchored on concrete pads.
Considering the Height to diameter ratio 1.5/1 max for nominal 8000 gallons, I do not believe there is a problem.
Have ASCE 7-05 etc, and see definition for steel, concrete, and RC/PSC tanks. What category does HDPE fit?
