Raw versus Sewage For Micro-Irrigation Costs Dif's.

Has engineering study been performed on the cost comparisons per million gallons (or some such) for treatment of two different water streams, 1) Raw water from drainage basin lake and/or river system,
2) Municipal waste water
to a degree sufficient to meet typical micro-irrigation requirments for turbidity, BOD, etc?
