Rating #150 o Rating #300 in stations or Platforms?

Within oil stations, oil platforms that rating is recommended # 150 0 # 300 ?? Is this indicated in ASME B31.3? I consult it because since the pressures are very low I am considering Rating # 150, if I am wrong I would greatly appreciate your help.
