Rapid dimension and dimension pallet

I'm not a fan of the rapid dimension and dimension pallet features in 2011. Anyone know how to turn them off?

Teun OFF Insatant #D. It is the icon that looks like a ruler. It is on the far right of the toolbar.

The Dimension Palette is a Context Toolbar, it can be disabled per the following link.

NOTE: All context toolbars will be disabled.
