Does anyone has references referring to the Ramberg Osgood nonlinear moment curvature relationship?

We have run into ramberg & osgood at my job while dealing with stresses and strain in during pipelaying but we kind of put that on the back burner for now.

Anyone know the A and B coefficient for the nonlinear moment curvature Ramberg osgood coeff especially for X65 grade pipline?
