RAM Connection - how to download?

I am trying to download RAM Connection and I have no idea how! I downloaded CONNECTION Client and went to Software Downloads and I got this message:

Sorry, you do not have access to Software Downloads Application.
You do not have the “Product Delivery – Download” user role. Please contact your site administrator to request this user role.

I also found this page

(which is an affiliate of RAM, apparently?) and I went as far as to purchase the software and I got an error message that said my purchase could not be made.

Someone please help me. I really need to download this program asap. TIA

You will need one of your account administrators to grant you the download role, or download it for you.

Seth,
I am a one-man operation. Shouldn't I be the account administrator? How do I become account administrator? I cannot figure this out for the life of me.
Also, what is Virtuosity? It is being promoted on the Bentley website. It seems like it will give me the program without having to go through the Bentley CONNECT software.
