Does anyone know how to make a hem follow arouns a radiused bend in SW sheet metal? The hem tool doesn't select radiused edges. Thanks.

The only way that I've been able to do it, in the past, was to create a sweep. No, it won't unfold...
I tried it in '07, and it doesn't work there, either.

If you can accept a 179° hem, you could use the Edge Flange tool. You will have to enter an extended flange length to make it work though.

Thanks guys. I tried the sweep also. It works, but I needed to unfold it. The edge flange idea won't work on a non-planar edge. I should have been more clear with my post. The radius is not a radiused, planar cut, but rather a sheet metal base that has a large radiused bend in it.

You may have to 'cheat' and manipulate the configurations. The parent showing the folded hem and the flat pattern having the hem suppressed, but material added in its place.

CorBlimeyLimey, that last idea with the configurations would work. I'll try it. SW 07 will do an edgeflange for a round, planar hole, but not for a non planar edge. Imagine a cylindrical sheet metal part like a drum. I can't put an edge flange on the end of that. A flat base flange with a round profile will take a base flange, ie a drum end cap. Thanks.
