In NX9, how do you create a radius dimension where the dimension line originates at the centerpoint of the radius? In previous versions, we had Radius to Center dimension. Now, I cannot see how to do this.

Create a radial dimension (not in inferred mode) and you can RMB to place a to centre dimension.
