i'm trying to mate a rack and spur gear that was designed using the engineering references in solid edge v20. the problem is when i try to mate the spur to the rack using the gear relationship (rotational to translational) the spur turns yellow in colour but when the cursor hovers over any outline it does not change to red which allows one to select an edge, axis etc. any suggestions?
