Rabbies-Tag cutting and engraving - what machinery? HELP pls.

Hi,
i want manufacture dog-ID-tags.

What machinery is the best for making 200.000 tags yearly?

The tags:
- material - anodized (colored) aluminium
- laser engraved 5-6 lines of text
- each tag has engraved its own serial-number

Please, post some suggestions: what machinery I need?
Exist one machine what can cut AND engrave the tags?
Note, I need cut 200.000 pieces yearly, therefore the machine must be reasonably "durable"..

I don't think you should use a single machine to cut and engrave the tags. You want 2KW or more to laser cut the tags, and only 100 Watts or so to mark them. Optics, machine configuration are entirely different. (Amada has a machine which can be configured with dual gantries, and the second can supposedly be configured with marking. I think that it is too big and expensive to be the right machine for this job...)
I believe the tags should be cut or stamped, then anodized prior to laser marking. Perhaps you can stamp the tags from pre-anodized material ok, but I expect problems trying to laser cut them pre-anodized.
You may prefer to have two or more machines doing the marking, to give you better flexibility and some degree of redundancy. (it can mess up your schedule if your one and only machine is waiting for service for a week...)
