"Object name" does not exist in the database!! 1

I normally like to delete the old versions of my models.
But now with Wildfire 3.0 I get a "strange" message after deleting old versions: "Object name" does not exist in the database.
I assume it should be something basic! I prefer this method vs to go back to windows and purge old files.

...in the folder...I'm not really using Pro/Intralink or Windchill..
 
Pro/E has always given that warning when the object you are purging is stored in a directory other than the working directory.
