"ION SCALE BUSTER" -experience -descaling &anticorrosion

Does anybody has experience with the application of the "ION SCALE BUSTER" in the cooling towers recilculation water systems and heating circulation water systems .It is the device for decreasing of scaling in the system and for corrosion protection.
