"I have a buddy" 3

Am I the only one who can't stand these four words or any other sentence with the word buddy in it. I don't know if other engineering disciplines have the same problem with buddies but it gets really annoying. 99.9% of the projects never go anywhere and if they do the buddy thinks he should be paying minimum wage for engineering services.

My Buddy was a popular toy, aimed at boys. The girl version, Kid Sister, didn't do as well. I was just singing the ad song and fondly remembering Saturday morning cartoons.

Y'all better be nice to me or I'll start singing the Gummi Bears theme song. Or the Smurfs. Or Muppet Babies. Pick your poison.
