Hi how can I make a movie/ clip of a "Fly Trough" motion?

Export your file in VRML. Install a VRML plugin for Internet explorer (CosmoPlayer was by far the best of all, but is no more longer supported by silicon Graphics). If you know javascript, then you have ypur litle movie done.
